Running Qemu Accelerator without Admin rights?

Hi

Has anybody an idea on how to run the qemu accelerator on XP without having local Admin rights?
Currently the linux starts but.. damned slow.
First qemu then maybe I'll try another virtualization platform.

It's for running Fedora 7 on XP.

And yes it's not completly Linux related.. but a bit, still
