Open SOurce Vs Commercial Software
Hi all can somebody point me in the direction of a whitepaper that discusses the merits of Open SOurce and Commercial Software please.
I know there is quite a famous paper that was written a few years back that discusses possible good and bad points etc of Open Source and Commercial software but I cant find it anywhere.

that is the exact paper that I just found about 5 minutes ago, and I cant find anything else at the minute.
Needed a reliable paper to use for reference in my MSc dissertation on Linux Security (Im currently discussing the merits and problems of Open Source). So again thanks.
any update on this old thread by any chance?? i could kinda do with a few white papers now... there's loads of articles about this on the web, but referencing web sites is apparently a bad thing, lol
