Hi there

Welcome to LINUXquestions.org; just in case you hadn't realized it, the focus here on LQ is the Linux operating system distributions, and other Unix-type operating systems, rather than the Microsoft Windows variety.

In any event, if someone knows how to help you, they probably will (we're a friendly bunch) but I have asked for your question to be moved to /General, where Windows questions belong.

Kind regards,
Sasha

We welcome you to the forum, but there are some problems here. First, this is mainly a forum for Linux---but we do take Windows questions in the "General" section. I will move this there.

Second, we answer questions on the forum, not by e-mail

Third, publishing your e-mail address is a very bad idea---I recommend you remove it.

Finally, I cannot follow your question....please format it with a more standard sentence structure.

As was pointed out, this is LINUXquestions, so questions about Windows/Microsoft products, are definitely in the wrong place. Someone may know, but it's unlikely.

Also, this is a community forum...so if someone DOES know the answer, they'll post it here, so everyone can learn. We're not here to provide you with one-on-one, personalized email tech support. Try Microsoft for that.

Hehehe...

Anyways, if you want an answer, at least make your message more clear.
