Question Looking for hosting service that will allow me to run a Jabber server

Yeah, I can do this from my box, but the user base is going to be upward of 1500 people. Also, the 'powers that be' require that the server be located elsewhere in case the entire campus network goes down (don't ask). I'm thinking a virtual machine service is the way to go, does anyone know a good provider of such accomodations?
