ITIL Materials

Hi Everybody!

Have you studied (and implemented) ITIL in your organisation? I am ITIL V3 certified and want to get more in-depth knowledge of it. I have been Googling around for a while and all I find is some introductory and case study materials. Those which are study guides are either part of a subscription or need to be ordered online/purchased.

Do you have any pointers to in-depth guides that can be downloaded without any subscription / charge?

There seems to be scarcity of in-depth study materials that could otherwise be freely available on the Internet. Just see how easily we find Open Source related materials on the Internet be it a technology stuff such as Unix or Linux or a programming language such as PHP or Perl or be it some other theory and practice. Even proprietary stuffs are available for free download so that users/organisations can benefit from them and then also subscribe for professional/commercial support if they need.

Interested readers can check out this website that has many other related stuffs such as Project Management / APM, PRINCE2, etc., and this site also gives pointers to other related websites but it seems the downloadable stuffs are identical:

PHP Code:

http://www.itiltraining.com/useful-itil-links.asp
Well, would you like to share some of your "Best Practices" that you apply at your work place such as for Incident/Change/Problem Management and other related aspects/domains?
