How do you pronounce Linux. Apparently this is a matter or religious debate, but to hear it from the Grandmaster goto:

ftp.funet.fi/pub/linux/PEOPLE/Linus/SillySounds/english.au

Tell me if you can hear what he is sying, because I am not sure but it sounds like Lie-nux?

whoops!
sorry - i was just trying to make english sound more like my language ( but I thought that this word is actually in use )
by euphemism I mean making something sound softer, minor (?)
like euphemism of 'cat' is 'kitty'.

Talking

I wouldn't worry about it, I speak english as my ONLY language and it sounds terrible!

I see what you mean by the definition, thanks a lot.

I must say that I am very impressed by the number of users of the forums who type in english yet it is not there first language.
