I have not used Windows since the 5th of this month!

I just want everyone here to know that they have converted a Windows user into a Linux one. I love Linux due to the open source nature of letting the people do what they feel needs to be done. Plus, Linux does not distract me with gaming and such but instead makes me stay focused in my work. It has all the applications I need so you guys will find me as a long time user.

Cheers! *tears up*

Cool Congratulations!

Dear toshi_satlite_p35!

We are glad to hear that. You are very welcome on the side of Linux OS using people. We hope you will enjoy Linux in the far future too. Just explore and have fun with it!

Unhappy Its great...

Hello everybody!

It is good, that some of you could get rid of windows for ever, but I cannot. I have a Minidisc recorder, and there are only two ways to put music on it: one: use a digital optical wire, and record the music at 1X speed, two: use a SonicStage named program (only runs in windows!!!), and record via USB cable at speed 30X. I rarely choose the first option, becouse it takes very long time, and only audio CDs can be used as a recording source. So, good for you. BUT, when I don't need to record, I use Linux of course (and this is more then 95% of my computer usage time). So, I can't be called "Windows user".
