Smile Happy linux day

25 August 1991. 24 years ago tomorrow. It seems like yesterday. Thanks again, Linus.

At first I thought this was a parody of http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...rs-4175551012/

I would give a similar challenge to get a Linux computer up and running, but everyone here has already done that.

What better way to celebrate the day than by each LQ member performing at least one fenestrectomy for their friends and neighbours. I've been doing quite a few (I'm pleased to say) here in Thanet.

Did you find anything? I just made up the word myself. I guess someone else got there first.

Edit: OK, I just checked and I could find the word (in a medical context) but not in the sense of "removal of any version of Windows from a computer" (typically to be replaced by Linux).
