Google Assistant on my RetroPie Menu ?

Hello,

I use bash scripts into msdos menu of RetroPie, i.e. with the gamepad, I start radio or games over the menu.

Code:
~/RetroPie/roms/pc/myscript-radio.sh
Now, a bit like Alexa or my Ford Vehicle with Google Assistant (weather, youtube music, spotify, wikipedia, browsing to audio...) I would like to use it for my Raspberry Pi.

I have a microphone USB device AK from logitech, which allows to record, and speakers are on my TV (HDMI) on the PI.

Here what people do with google voice:

How to get the google voice into this kind of bash/script?

Kind regards
