For all of you Distrowatch fans, Ladislav announced yesterday that he is resigning as editor of the Distrowatch Weekly newsletter. As far as I can tell, he will continue to support the main Distrowatch site. He states that health is his main reason for stepping down.
I have personally received a lot of knowledge of the Linux community through his editorial and its associated blog. Many of his readers have already posted their appreciation of his work, and to wish him well.
Rather than letting the "Weekly" die, he is looking for someone who might be willing to take over that function. Someone who can be distro neutral in his/her reporting, can take abuse from commenters, and can work to a weekly deadline.
