Damaging an IP address

Got a nameserver to convert a link to IP. Not sure about header spoofing So what do I do from here?
If you know a way for an IP to go extinct then I will pay you to let me know.

If your asking to damage anothers IP address, then I'll have to step in and say this is out of line. Also mentioning that you will pay for services is sort of advertising, which is against our rules. If you can explain what your actually trying to accomplish, please explain or we will have this thread closed.

Regards.

Also realized this has nothing to do with Linux on a technical level, so more suitable in General.

Regards.

You can write it on a piece of paper and then erase part of it. Or even erase part of it and then re-write some of the numbers different. That will really show that IP address who it's daddy is.

No. It would not work sadly.
If you have a few workstations with T3 connections, you can send it the ping of death, for instance. Which is far more efficient than the paper and pencil trick.
To be more specific, how would you seriously slow down or stop a web server that is hosting an annoying link site, if you don't have a vast network with T3 or T4 connection, and I don't mean tracing its location and stealing the hard drive.
I know this is of topic, so sorry for posting in wrong place.

I'm about to give a demonstration on how to stop your dodgy questions.
