Cost per seat

Just curous if anybody knows the cost per seat (just for budget purposes) for 500 users to access file/print + mail in a Win2K environment. I saw a price (up here in Canada) that came in at about $120 per user based on 25 users, plus the cost of the server OS.

ha ha ha, Edward, McLeodnine uses linux, he's a mod

When people say "per seat" does that actually mean per person? As in:
"This movie cost 10,000 per seat", would that mean that I only pay 7.50 to see it and it costs 10k from everyone else or what (obviously not, but I am just explaining what I mean)?

Cool

Yeah - per seat refers to licensed user. I wasn't really referring to the const of the desktop software, but just the cost of licenses to use a Win2K server and Exchange (mail) server. Just a curiousity thing for me...
