compaq evo cover

Good morning.
I am hoping you may be able to help me with a small problem. I have recently acquired a "Compaq Evo" computer but I can't see any way to remove the cover. I have been into the Bios and the sensor is disabled and the lock is off. The computer has two spring wings each side. Do I have to force off the front panel, are there hidden clips. Any help would be appreciated.
With Thanks
Eddie

Not to be a twit, but did you try Google??

Complete service manual for the Compaq Evo, with pictures, very first link. Also, this really isn't Linux related...but I hope the link helps you.

The slim form factor Evos have two buttons towards the back on the sides. Press them and slide off the cover. If you can tell us the model, we will be able to provide better help.
