People who watch pornography are beyond pathetic. Can't they even masturbate without someone to help them? When I was growing up, back in the 50s, we made our own entertainment.
I had a few challenging days, baby pigeon was forced to leave nest early, came to my balcony for one month, was inside my apt to sleep for last week but is finally going more independent. This is a relief as it is against City laws, draws in inspectors and then they see my old PC collection.

Agreed and am glad I confessed my weakness.
My second abstract oil painting of the medium size has dried ok, took a month approx.
I am gonna give it to this person who very likely helped me.
This person appreciates my art.
(Sorry again don't feel like taking any pictures.)
If the IT world is reversed, I will be somewhere on top if not at the topmost, interesting to think about. If it happens, folks like Bill Gates will be left wondering what suddenly happened.
Sheeshh what a day indeed. It a bit dark and dreary here, so I tried to get some rest. My parrot speaks my mother tounge. Got loud and woke me up. Later threw a few things on my face. Whewww. Joy o joy. I am trying to act like I am using my old PC but not working with my parrot so far.

The best related verse I like is:
2 Peter 2:9
King James Bible
The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished.
Haven't done any art in 3 weeks almost. Today I prayed to Lord to stay with me and support me to start doing art again.
Specially the oil paintings of size 14 inches x 18 inches I can do only one a month, then need to let it dry inside
a plastic box. Soon after I prayed, I noticed that the linseed oil I used last time had spilled and quickly cleaned it up,
this is a fire hazard eventho I use just like 3 mls or so each time. Then I added some unused linseed oil to another
vial and did my 3rs oil painting of this size, this time it was faster and a lot more efficient, took from 9 pm to 10 pm.
Used more darker colors, this is also an abstract painting and will be nice to see on a very hot day in summer. It is set out for drying in the plastic container.
I also pray to Lord now to lead me to more space to do bigger oil paintings.
Someone just mentioned Xiphos a Bible related software for Linux. It is also available for DL and install in the puppy linux repositories. http://xiphos.org/
God Bless this man and his family for this mention.
That is quite some article. I am so glad that I can live like a cave man if needed and do art with just charcoal even.
We can use old computer with Linux to move towards more human values and avoid, slow down the advances in tech that are affecting society strongly.
Edited to add:
Someone alerted me that Babies like to play with stuffs in general and they will cry if anything
they are playing with is taken away in general. But I am seeing more parents give cell phone etc.,
to babies. what if the baby drops the phone and it is damaged ? Why not just give a normal toy instead of a cell phone ?
If I use a Core2Duo PC, feels like I am flying a Mig in an airshow, so it is back to P4 for me.
That pigeon is back indoors to sleep quietly, husssh, it is fine with me.
Let us try and replace the porn that is so much on net with romanceography in our minds, this is more nice and clean.
I will try to use old PC to do work of Lord.
Old Computer Story.
Short Story Title: Sweet Compromise
So this story basically starts with our main character Raju. He is a very hardworking IT guy, lives in Montreal, Canada, eats Curd rice for lunch daily with lemon pickle. He has had to work long hours, learn many things to keep his career going, hence he is still single in his mid 40s and feels lonely also. Raju is not into booze, drugs, the bar scene or picking up girls for a one night stand etc., He just wants someone to go on a walk with sometimes, a coffee and chat. However, this proved to be very hard for Raju. By the way Raju is also good at the command line and likes old computer for his personal use.
Raju goes to see a therapist for his loneliness, his primary care doctor referred him to this therapist. Unfortunately, things don't work out with this therapist as this therapist is a strong windows user. So, Raju desperately starts his search for a therapist who also uses Linux and is somewhat at least open to the idea of old computers. Just this search itself leads Raju to meet many interesting characters.
Finally, after much efforts he meets a therapist called Dr. Tremblay. In his young age, Dr. Tremblay wanted to get into IT but that objective didn't pan out. However, he did go on to become a therapist and has a wonderful Career. Dr. Tremblay and his family love to tinker with old computers and Linux together on weekends etc., for fun.
After a few sessions with Raju, Dr. Tremblay comes to the conclusion that it will be almost next to impossible for Raju to find the soul mate he wants. So he wants to give Raju a solution in the mean time. Dr. Tremblay suggests that Raju name his latest old PC with arch linux installed as Emelie mon amour. He also suggests that Raju put red lip stick on this computer case. When Raju feels lonely, he can talk to his Emelie and even kiss for some warm feelings.
Raju is very excited with this suggestion, he implements it and it makes him very happy. Emelie changes Raju's life totally. Even his coworkers wonder what is going on with Raju, did he find a new woman, did he win the lotto etc., But Raju keeps the secret to himself as otherwise his buddies will think that he is weird.
As a special thanks to Dr. Tremblay, Raju gifts some old zip disks and a zip drive for his family. This encourages Dr. Tremblay to search for creative solutions with his other clients using Linux and Old Computers in this digital age.
