Upgrading Fedora without a cd

I'm not that new with linux and I have used it for about a year. I have installed redhat 8, 9 and FC1 on my computer upgrading them as a new one comes out and everytime I do it I would have to use the cd. I was wondering is there any way that I could upgrade my Fedora Core 1 to Fedora Core 2 without wasting cds?
