I'm trying to install from a USB, and the only options are, HDD, CD/DVD, FDD, LAN. Keep in mind that I do not have a working CD/DVD reader on my laptop, nor an external one.
first if you DO NOT allready have the laptop drive partitioned into two primary
one for xp
and a blank for fedora
then fedora will remove XP during install
you might want to read the install instructions
