how to boot windows XP using grub?


i had fedora and windows XP in my system. both on a single HDD. i had fedora on partition E, i deleted partion E by using disk manager. My windows XP was installed in C drive. after shutting down my computer i restarted it. after restarting the computer i am getting a command screen ( black screen with the following details)(shown in bold letters here)

now how to get back to windows xp?? reinstalling windows xp is not possible through CD also.. coz boot from CD/DVD is also not working...

so when you installed fedora you overwrote the windows X bootloader

run fixmbr from the install cd

Hi, I have the same problem. But since Windows XP was pre-installed when I bought my computer I don't have a windows XP CD. How can I boot windows? Please help!
