ctl-alt-Fn is not enabled on multi-user fc27

Great! alt-ctrl-fn-F1 does all of the switching. Fortunately this laptop has a small keyboard, so pressing three keys in one row with left hand is easy. I have gotten used to pressing F1/F3 with the same hand, now I need two hands. If I can map flag key to ctrl-fn combination, maybe I can press alt-flag and F1 with two fingers instead of three.

I never understood what I read about X appearing on a specific tty, F1 or F7. On RedHat/fyodora, I login to any tty and startx. X resides there.

In the old days, RedHat gave a warning whenever user tried to run X as root, so I strictly limit root to bash and no internet.

Glad to read it was just a keyboard issue. I'm not familiar with the quirks of small notebooks.
