Xine wont play DVDs

Installed Xine using yum. It works but will not play DVDs. Plays CDs ok.
gets the error:
--Xine engine error--
There is no plugin available to handle 'dvd/'
Maybe MRL sysntex is wrong or file/stream source dosen't exist.

Make sure /dev/dvd is a proper symlink to your dvd device.

Are you trying to play commercial DVDs? If so you will need the file libdvdcss. Google for a download location.

Xine does not have support for encrypted dvd's out of the box. You need to make sure you have libdvdread and libdvdcss installed. I'm not sure of the legality of those files so I'm not going to link to them but a google search should give you somewhere to download them. Good Luck!
