Fedora-16-i686-Live-KDE.iso etc...

the full dvd has everything

but seeing a fedora changes SO BLOODY FAST there will already be about 3 gig's of updates to that 3.5 gig dvd
install the basic install and add to it latter .

imho 'full' install is irrelevant if you have a good internet connection, considering how much of the stuff on the install media probably won't end up getting used anyways, the 'installable live cd' has enough to get you started, anything else you need can be installed from the repositores, as mentioned, with as many updates to install right off the bat from a clean install you may as well.
