touchpad scrolling

I just got Fed 16 running with XFCE, but I have no touchpad scrolling. I have the rpm 'Xorg X11 Synaptics touchpad input driver' and the Xorg X11 Synaptics touchpad input driver devel installed. But when I go to Preferences-Mouse there is no tab 'touchpad'

What else do I need to install?

It does work in Gnome!
