Sopcast and Fedora Core 4

Hi!

I've tried to install an application called sopcast under linux.
----------
SopCast is a simple, easy to use system to watch stream media on the Internet. It is a Network Media Broadcasting system based on P2P Technology. It could make any node in the network to act as a retransmitter, and slowdown the media server’s workloads when audiences quantity grows. The SopCast Streaming Over P2P technology is more resilient in case nodes quit and connection fail, it is suitable for broadcasting over the Internet.

You can use SopCast to watch TV, furthermore you can use it to build your own channel. Anyone can build his own personal media on the Internet!
----------

The application can be found here: sopcast forum thread 526 or here: sopcast forum thread 998.
The source can be found here (if anyone feels he wants to contribute:http://apt.magiclinux.org/magiclinux...2-9mgc.src.rpm

I installed it with rpm -ivh sopcastxxx(2.9).rpm (I dont remember if I fixed something first... like qt path or something, or if I just read about possible flaws with it)

The problem is that I dont know how to run it, tried to start it with:
# sopcast
and with
# sopcast sop://sop.sopcast.org:3919/official/cctv5 8900 8800 (and then try to connect mplayer to localhost port 8800)
but the only thing I get is this error that repeats:
-------------
QLayout "unnamed" added to QWidget "unnamed", which already has a layout
QLayout "unnamed" added to QWidget "unnamed", which already has a layout
QLayout "unnamed" added to QButtonGroup "unnamed", which already has a layout
QLayout "unnamed" added to QButtonGroup "unnamed", which already has a layout
QLayout "unnamed" added to QWidget "unnamed", which already has a layout
QLayout "unnamed" added to QWidget "unnamed", which already has a layout
QLayout "unnamed" added to QWidget "unnamed", which already has a layout
QLayout "unnamed" added to QWidget "unnamed", which already has a layout
QFile::atEnd: File is not open
QFile::getch: File not open
-------------
The two last lines keeps repeating (almost) for ever.

I have these qt packages installed:
qt-3.3.4-15.4
qt-devel-3.3.4-15.4

running Fedora Core 4 (Gnome) 2.6.14-1.1656_FC4smp

Any help are appreciated!

Its urgent to get this application working, since the Swedes TV channels doesnt send every Liverpool FC game
