RH* to Fedora Manually

Hi Bought Fedora core 2(4 Cd) form local gray market
it seem's its auto run is improper
i also have RH8 ,is it possible to update RH8 to FC2 manually
I am not a tech Guy
if it is possible ,please give step to be followed
and the files(or rpm package) required to update
also is FC2 fast as Mandrake 10

Have you checked your BIOS settings so that it has been set to boot from the CD first instead of the HDD ? , or have you already done this and you are actually having a problem with the installer ?

Yes I have done this N i have problem in auto booting
I have also install RH8 before using auto booting form CD-rom
Is it possible to update RH8 to FC2 in Graphical mode
