resolving dependencies in fedora 11


i am using fedora 11 and i update any software it give error
rpmlib(payloadIsXz) is needed by so and so file.

then to resolve this i want to update my rpm bcoz fedora 12 compression is Xz/LZMA but at that time also it give the same error.

so tell me where is the problem and what is the solution..
urgent..
