regarding bit torrent clients.. please help

hi,

i have FC5 linux.

ive never used torrent clients till now. thought of using it only now.

i came to know that the best use of bit torrent client can be had only when torrent client is configured properly. by that i mean, the best possible settings, the bit transfer rate.. things like that.

can anyone help me out as to which are the most preferred settings for torrent clients.. does it remain the same for all torrent clients or does it differ?

please help me out.

thanks

Why not try the FAQ on Brahm Cohen's site. He created the bittorrent protocol.
