Printer-cannot config FC6

The printer config, for FC6, just hangs. I am never given a chance to ad a printer because the module times out. So far my post at there site has gone un awnsered. I spent a daty geting fc6 to work. SO far, sound and printing are the biggest problems. Any ideas?

Update the system, if it still fails then do the printer configuration the better way. Open a browser (like firefox) and type in the URL: http://127.0.0.1:631
