openssh & vnc (secure remote access)

Distro Used: FC4

Any one know of good tutorials on how to setup openssh & vnc servers/clients for secure remote access.

I have successfully set this up under WindowsXP with freesshd & tightvnc.

maybe u just need lil googling, there are so many of 'em.
