NVIDIA Drivers

I am running Fedora 38 and have an GeForce RTX 3060 Mobile graphics card.
I can't seem to get the drivers to install.

I followed this guide https://rpmfusion.org/Howto/NVIDIA under Current GeForce/Quadro/Tesla as it seemed the appropriate one.

I get this though.

# sudo dnf install akmod-nvidia
Last metadata expiration check: 1:53:51 ago on Fri 05 May 2023 04:48:22 PM PDT.
Error:
Problem: package akmod-nvidia-3:530.41.03-1.fc38.x86_64 requires nvidia-kmod-common >= 3:530.41.03, but none of the providers can be installed
- conflicting requests
- package xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-3:530.41.03-1.fc38.x86_64 is filtered out by modular filtering
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

Am I trying the wrong drivers? What am I doing wrong? My system is up to date.
