Angry Network problems

Today I install FC5 at first there were a few problems with acpi now i reolved it with acpi=off but thats not the problem.

I first did a yum update on my newly installed system and afterwards after ready a bit i installed ipw2200-driver but after i had reboot i don't had eth0, eth1 wasn't available. eth0 uses tg3 module as driver and before i installed the firmware of ipw2200 it works perfect afterwards it was broke. i uninstalled the ipw2200 firmware and it works perfect again. So my question to you guys is could i get it fixed or is i a kernel problem???

kernel version : 2.6.16-1.2133_FC5

I'd like to think it would be rather a module/network configuration issue than a kernel problem.
Try that first, then if it doesn't work look in your system logs (see /etc/syslog.conf) for possible errors.
