mdk-cooker vs fedora devel!
Hi, I have been using mandrake cooker for ~2 years now and well like to try fedora. In mandrake, we have this page http: //plf.zarb.org/ ~nanardon/ urpmiweb DOT php (i cant post urls) for setting up urpmi sources. However, in fedora there are yum, apt and “uptodate”, so what to use? I well install apt, the good old, and its faster then yum. Now it is all the mirrors, what to use and, what do I need?
Now I do download fedora 1.90, and I am going too install it. I well have updates from “rawhide” or fedora development, so does anyone have some samples of there apt file for develop ++ .mp3 and java plugging, ntfs support and mplayer. Btw: I live in Norway and use uninett.no.
Moreover, what list is it what “everyone” is on? Is it fedora-devel-list redhat com? Or?
