Hello everyone
Is there any way in which I can make a Fedora Spin based on my current installation?
I want to be able to install (and preferably also run a live version of) my current system, including the packages and modifications that I put in.
Hey
Thanks for the reply
On the second step, it says I can modify options as I see fit. And I suppose the best thing to do would be to put my list of repositories there.
Is there any way that I can get the entire list of repos, to put in this file?
Also what are the rest of those options at the top? (I realize that one of them is keyboard layout. To add Hebrew, also, do I just add "he" after "en"?)
OK. I tried that, but when I look in the files, they contain some info, that I know should be turned into the write entry for the .ks file, but I'm not sure how to convert it.
i.e., in the file fedora.repoe, I find:
But this much, I could figure out, simply because it apears on the step-by-step guide/
But how do I do the same for other repos that are not on the guide?
Just substitute the release (15 for Fedora 15) for $releasever and the the architecture (i386 or x86_64, depending on your machine) for $basearch in the repo URL.
Livecd-creator uses some of the Anaconda options. Where the options are the same, the definitions are the same. The list is not 100% identical.
For any unique repositories that you have, you will need to transform them to the syntax needed. Most of the common F15 entries are in the sample provided in the document.
