Little Annoyance

The only annoyance that I have been having regarding FC5 would correspond with all of the windows that are opened.

Example:

If I want to look at my logs. Then there is a window opened for the computer icon, then one for var, and finally another for logs.

Is there any way to just have one window open?

If you're refering to nautilus's default behaviour of opening a new window every time you click a file.
Then in a nautilas window, select "edit" "preferences" "behavior" then tick the box "always open in browser windows"
Not very intuitive, but that's what does it.
