I just did a quick search and did not find any build for Fedora. However, you don't actually need a rpm build exclusively for Fedora (although many would disagree). I've installed many rpm's from Mandriva in Fedora and even converted rpms to .deb or .tgz with Alien. Never a problem. Here you can find some rpm's for Kaptain:

Get the latest one and try to install it. I should work... I guess
