K3B error could not determine size of resulting image file

I have so many problems burning dvd/cd with K3B with FC 2. The latest error I got is 'could not determine size of resulting image' and then nothing happened . From debugging output I could only see:

-a, -all-files Process all files (don't skip backup files)
-abstract FILE Set Abstract filename

... and so on. I also got the same error when I tried to put the data as .iso file. I used kernel 2.6.7 specifically for this k3b because it never worked since 2.6.8-1. I also tried all k3b from 0.11.14 all the way up to 0.11.17. This is very frustrating. Can anyone help me with this?

This is not from FC2, but something you installed from somewhere else or built yourself.

Go back to original FC2 packages, then install all available updates. Included is a kernel-2.6.9-1.6_FC2 kernel which does not suffer from the same problems as 2.6.8.1. Avoid replacing packages from Fedora Core with something you compile yourself unless you really know what you are doing.
