i am using fc2 in my pentium3 m/c and tried to upgrade to fc3 due to display problems. the desktop become sticky and freezes. i woul like to have the kdeedu program from the fc3 cd and when i give the command rpm -ivh kdeedu*rpm it show dependency problems of libraries. how to solve this problem
You may just want to go for a fresh install of FC3.
If you're against doing that, upgrade your version of yum to what is on the FC3 cds, and install what you need via yum. That would solve the dependency issues there.
