I found this
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu...9_FC4.i686.rpm

It looks right, but how should I install it?

Can you not just download that file on the computer that you're accessing the internet on and then save it to a USB drive? Then, on the PC, run rpm -Uvh kernel-devel-2.6.11-1.1369_FC4.i686.rpm

Hope that helps :-)

Ok, I tried that and I got this reply

Code:
warning: kernel-devel-2.6.11-1.1369_FC4.i686.rpm: Header V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 4f2a6fd2
error: Failed dependencies:
        /usr/sbin/hardlink is needed by kernel-devel-2.6.11-1.1369_FC4.i686
what should I do?

You could try fetching that package along with the kernel-devel package. The prerrequesites for kernel-devel are hardlink and find commands, so in your case, just installing hardlink should suffice.

or, the easiest bet: snatch it all off of the installation CDs = no need for internet
