Getting kernel src.rpm

Where do I get the kernel src.rpm, so I can compile a kernel?
Can I use " yum install version.src.rpm"

I didn't say you can use yum, I said you can download the kernel source from a Fedora Core mirror. I am not so sure how yum works in terms of installing source rpms, maybe looking at the man pages may help.
