mickeyboa Senior Member Registered: May 2004 Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Distribution: FC-KDE, 32 and 64 bit Posts: 1,719 Rep:	Firefox crashing using a Ati video adapter I have been having problems with Firefox crashing on AMD Athlon box using a Ati-9200SE and FC3&4. I had updated today and got a new kernel and forgot to install the kernel-module-fglrx-2.6.15-1.1831_FC4smp-8.21.7.1-0.lvn.2.4 module and Firefox started to crash or just shutdown, I then installed the kernel-module-fglrx-2.6.15-1.1831_FC4smp-8.21.7.1-0.lvn.2.4 updated to ati-fglrx-8.22.5.1-0.lvn.1.4 package and rebooted my box and Firefox stop crashing, I have never had Firefox crash on my other boxes using Nvidia cards with Fedora drivers. Can anyone add anything to this using Ati card. I use the Fedora drivers for this Ati-9200SE. Jim
