Fedora boot error

Hello,

I have a very big problem with my netbook.

When I start my PC I get this error
Code:
Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)
CPU: 1 PID: 1 Comm: swapper/0 Not tainted 3.10.12-100.fc18.x86_64 #1
Hardware name: Acer AO532h /AO532h , BIOS v1.10 12/15/2009

Can you tell me how I can solve this problem with GRUB command line?

Thank you

Your boot line will contain this information
Quote:
kernel /path/to/some_kernel root=/some/partition
Linux is telling you it is unable to mount the system root drive

there is really no information in the post to go on

what did you last do ?
did you resize any partitions?
is this a single boot ?
or a dual boot with windows?
or is this not even a real install , but a virtual one?
if virtual ,what are you using ?

and so on with the 20 questions........
