I recently installed Fedora 23 (KDE spin) and while experimenting with desktop themes I noticed that when I go to "system settings -> Workplace theme -> Desktop theme" there is no "Detals" tab, as should be according to the "help". That means, I can select a whole different theme but not to customize my own. Any ideas as to why and how to solve it? TIA, kaza.
