FC6 and Intel 3945 not working

I need some help setting up my Wireless card.

I am Running FC6, Laptop is a Gateway MX1023.. Wireless is a Intel 3945..
My Wired adapter is working..
I cant get my Wireless to work

Under ifconfig it shows my eth0 and lo=loopback
but not my wireless adapter...

I am fairly new to Linux and want to stay.. Thanks

Can't say I know too much about it but...
You might want to look into ndiswrapper. it should allow you to use the windows driver for your wireless card in linux, provided the chipset is supported. Beyond that I can't be much help

Thanks for the thought !!.. I tried installing the Windows Driver that i got from Intel's Web site "w29n51.inf" with "ndiswrapper -i /XP/Drivers/w29n51.inf"
All seamed OK since i got a reply saying "Driver installed".
Now under my Network configuration/Hardware i can see the Intel 3945ABG network connection (status =ok), this is eth0.. I also have my Intel 82573L Gigabit ethernet controller in eth1 (status =ok).... So far so goo (not)

Under the devices tab i have the eth0 as active and eth1 as inactive (Very weird).. I can surf the net !! But this isn't through the wireless since i checked by unpluging my wired connection and then finding that i can not surf anymore....

I think the 2 hardware devices have got there names reversed, when i also try to Activate eth1 i get an error "e1000 eth1 does not seem to be present, delaying initilization"
