FC38 network installer aborts - can't install gstreamer1-plugin
I downloaded the Fedora network installer for FC38 from the Fedora Project website, put it on a DVD, and used the DVD to boot a laptop. After finishing all the configuration steps, I started the download process. It stopped with the error: Failed to download the following packages: gstreamer1-plugin-openh264-1.22.1-1.fc38.x86-64
The only option after that was exit install. When I clicked on that, the computer shutdown Linux and popped open the cd tray.
How can I do a network install of FC38?
