Question FC3 filesystem makes win setup

I was using fedora C3 for a while
but I wanted to format my win partition with my xp pro setup disc
now the setup crashes after the first hardware checking screen
I also tried a cd with the SP2 files slipstreamed but that also didn't work..

My problem is how to format the fedora partition to ntfs??
If you know please teach me step-by-step please...

If you are trying to remove the fc3 partition and reuse ot for windows, you could run the Fedora installer and when you get to partitioning, delete all the Fedora partitions and write the changes to the partition table and reboot. Once thats done, try using Win XP to reclaim the free space for its use. You can also use Linux's "fdisk", to remove the Fedora partitions if you have a live CD you can boot from.
