error 1321: using wine for installing autocad


hi all
i am using FC-3, and i ahve installed wine and wine tools,they are working fine.using wine i have installed IE6 also. but now i am trying to install autocad 2004 the set up is starting as
wine msiexec /i acad.msi

but after wards it is stopping at
error 1321 : the installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file C:\Config.Msi\1167.rbf
i am in the user mode and this error it shows and i also tried in root mode it is not allowing me to run the setup also.
do any one have idea about it
