enable KDE Plasma Netbook not avaliable?

Hello all,
I just installed KDE spin on my netbook today and there is no option to enable the netbook workspace. I've been doing an exhausting search without success. This is what KDE website says: "To enable the Netbook interface, go to System settings, choose Workspace Behavior, choose Workspace and under Workspace Type choose Netbook." The thing is that under workspace there is only a checkbox to enable/disable tooltips. Any hints on how to enable this? Your link doesn't work for me, but I believe the netbook interface was a KDE4 feature that has been dropped (or possibly just not yet implemented) into KDE5. The current version of Fedora defaults now to KDE5 for KDE.

Yeah I think it was dropped, so bad...guess I will look for an alternative then.
