Deleting the file won't do.
The install information about the package remains in the "rpm data base".

The solution is to use repositories that do not conflict with each other.
Or disable the conflicting repositories.

The package libdvdcss2-1.2.11-6.fc17.x86_64 is from atrpms.repo,
which is usually not compatible with other repos.

And : Why are you using "remi" for "Sound / Video" ( Multimedia ) packages ?

.
