CVS Server using ssh on FC3 - where and how?

Ok, so I have just installed FC3 Server on a pc. I want to install a cvs server on the box so that our team and other can access the different projects on it. I think I would only like the users to be able to log in using ssh and a key, but I dont want them going anywhere other than
/home/user - where user is the logged in user.

How do I accomplish this? Is there a complete howto somewhere? Also, There will be multiple users accessing this box with various platforms. Linux, Windows, Solaris, and Mac. I thought of having the Windows user get Cygwin on there desktops to access the repository.

Oh, one other thing. When a user logs in I of course would like them assigned to a group, but the problem is that we have multiple projects. So, I would like the user not only to be able to access (update, checkout, commit... ) only certain projects, but not be able to roam around the Server as they please either. Some users will have one or more projects.

I am not an administrator, but I am playing admin with this box, just for our group. If you could get detailed on how to do this, I would really appreciate this.

Here is an example of what someone else has done. Please give me your feedback if this is a good idea or not. If so, is it up to date, and how could it be done better?
