Core3 in a graphical terminal

With the help of a few others i was able to upgrade from Core 1 to Core 3. The only thing is when i boot up its just in a graphical terminal. How do i get it to load the kde menu and desktop?

Also when i click on the backround it brings up a menu called 'Twm' with a few options.

Thanks,
Dimrga
