can't connect to localhost with Fedora 21

Just loaded Fedora 21 and cannot connect to the localhost
using Firefox. It says it cannot connect to the server.

What should I do?

What is the command for apache and php?

Found the command to switch the server on ans can now connect but apache doesn't
recognize php.

I can't remember the command to install apache and php

Can anyone let me know what the command is?
