Can't configure wine???

Hi everybody!
I am a FC4 newbie. I want to run programs, which I has installed in Windows XP, in my Linux, so I downloaded and installed program Wine

But I met a program when using command wincfg to configure Wine. The error messages are:
err:imagelist:ImageList_ReplaceIcon no color.
Applications tried to create a window but no driver could be loaded.
Make sure that your X server is running and you $DISPLAY is set correctly.

What should I do?
